Darrin Reilly
President & Chief Executive Officer
Darrin brings a wide range of technology expertise to his current role. A major focus of his more than three decades in public safety has been spearheading the development of high quality and innovative services to serve law enforcement, fire and EMS and 911 public safety agencies.
Patrick Duffy
Chief Financial Officer
Patrick brings more than 10 years of financial leadership experience from several different industries. He was previously a manager in the audit practice of KPMG and has also gained expertise in both accounting and financial planning & analysis.
Rich Cagle
Chief Growth Officer
Rich is responsible for all MCP growth activities focusing on accelerating the expansion of the managed services business and justice market.
Kevin Bresnahan
President of Lifecycle Management Services
Kevin is a global business executive who is experienced in building high performance business and service organizations. He has worked in mission-critical industries for nearly 30 years.
John Chiaramonte
President of Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Services
John spearheads the firm’s internal and external AI capabilities across public safety, justice, critical infrastructure, and government services. He is responsible for advancing AI-driven transformation across 911, public safety, first responder, and courts and justice systems.
Chris Kelly
President of Consulting Services
Chris Kelly serves as President of MCP’s Consulting division, leading a team of more than 80 subject-matter experts dedicated to helping public sector agencies modernize critical technologies and operations.
Jason Scharfspitz
Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Product Management
Jason leads MCP’s organic and inorganic growth initiatives and service development efforts. Scharfspitz joins MCP from Panasonic Corporation of North America, where he led mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investments and post-merger integration.
Morgan Sava
Senior Vice President & Director of Marketing and Support
Morgan brings more than 20 years of marketing experience to MCP. She leads the company’s marketing strategy and drives initiatives that strengthen the MCP brand and generate demand for the firm’s services.
Sid McConahy
Senior Vice President & Operations Director
Sid has been intimately involved with emergency services for the past 30 years, and spent a large portion of his career working in a 911 center.

Doherty is a skilled and innovative professional who has extensive knowledge in cybersecurity, risk mitigation, and organizational strategic planning.
