Kevin Murray

Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

With a career spanning more than three decades in public safety, Kevin is focused on helping MCP clients, the public safety communications sector, as well as the communities they serve realize improved emergency response outcomes.

Darrin Reilly

Chief Operations Officer

Darrin brings a wide range of technology expertise to his current role. A major focus of his more than three decades in public safety has been spearheading the development of high quality and innovative services to serve law enforcement, fire and EMS and 911 public safety agencies.

Patrick Duffy

Chief Financial Officer

Patrick brings more than 10 years of financial leadership experience from several different industries. He was previously a manager in the audit practice of KPMG and has also gained expertise in both accounting and financial planning & analysis.

Rob Sterner

Chief Sales Officer

Rob leads MCP’s growth team dedicated to helping clients solve complex emergency communications issues while delivering a superior client experience.

David S. Jones

President of Lifecycle Management Services

David is a global business executive who is experienced in building high performance business and service organizations. He has worked in mission-critical industries for nearly 30 years.

John Chiaramonte

President of Consulting Services

John has large-scale, complex public safety systems consulting and implementation experience in addition to being a former 911 telecommunicator and first responder. He is an emergency communications, 911 and next generation 911 subject matter expert and executive leader.

David F. Jones

Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts

David provides executive-level consultative services and expertise on matters related to Next Generation 911, government affairs, public policy and legislation.

Jason Scharfspitz

Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Product Management

Jason leads MCP’s organic and inorganic growth initiatives and service development efforts. Scharfspitz joins MCP from Panasonic Corporation of North America, where he led mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investments and post-merger integration.

Morgan Sava

Vice President & Director of Marketing

Morgan brings more than 15 years of marketing experience to MCP. She is responsible for championing the company’s marketing approach, as well as growing demand for MCP’s services.

John Spearly

Vice President & Director of Administrative Services

John brings a proven record of accomplishment serving high-performance organizations with extensive industry experience in public safety, information systems, technology and consulting.

Sid McConahy

Vice President & Assistant Operations Director

Sid has been intimately involved with emergency services for the past 30 years, and spent a large portion of his career working in a 911 center.

Mike Lyons

Vice President of Business Development

Mike has worked in public safety for 23 years in various leadership positions. His natural inclinations relate well to organizations that align themselves with a client’s intimate style where his commitment to service and learning are best put to use.
