President & Chief Executive Officer
Darrin brings a wide range of technology expertise to his current role. A major focus of his more than three decades in public safety has been spearheading the development of high quality and innovative services to serve law enforcement, fire and EMS and 911 public safety agencies.
Chief Financial Officer
Patrick brings more than 10 years of financial leadership experience from several different industries. He was previously a manager in the audit practice of KPMG and has also gained expertise in both accounting and financial planning & analysis.
Chief Growth Officer
Rich is responsible for all MCP growth activities focusing on accelerating the expansion of the managed services business and justice market.
David S. Jones
President of Lifecycle Management Services
David is a global business executive who is experienced in building high performance business and service organizations. He has worked in mission-critical industries for nearly 30 years.
President of Consulting Services
John has large-scale, complex public safety systems consulting and implementation experience in addition to being a former 911 telecommunicator and first responder. He is an emergency communications, 911 and next generation 911 subject matter expert and executive leader.
Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Product Management
Jason leads MCP’s organic and inorganic growth initiatives and service development efforts. Scharfspitz joins MCP from Panasonic Corporation of North America, where he led mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investments and post-merger integration.

Rob leads MCP’s regional business development team dedicated to helping clients solve complex emergency communications issues while delivering a superior client experience.
Vice President & Director of Marketing
Morgan brings more than 15 years of marketing experience to MCP. She is responsible for championing the company’s marketing approach, as well as growing demand for MCP’s services.
Vice President & Assistant Operations Director
Sid has been intimately involved with emergency services for the past 30 years, and spent a large portion of his career working in a 911 center.

JossLynn has more than 15 years of experience and has held progressive positions within HR departments. She has demonstrated success by partnering with executive teams and leaders within all lines of businesses to shape strategy and drive continuous improvement.
