Conference for Advancing the Public Sector (CAPS)

Mission Critical Partners hosts the 3rd-Annual Conference for Advancing the Public Sector (CAPS). The conference will feature multiple educational tracks that will present a variety of keynote sessions, panel discussions, and educational presentations designed to help leaders better understand and respond to the most critical trends and issues affecting public-sector organizations. The conference also provides participants with numerous networking opportunities, as well as a chance to learn more about MCP employment opportunities through a career fair.

  • Dr. Katherine Kuhlman, PsyD, ABPP: Board Certified in Police and Public Safety Psychology American Board of Professional Psychology
    Dr. Kuhlman is a nationally known expert who has worked since 2014 providing services to first responders and their family members, truly understanding the unique stressors inherent in these occupations. She has presented nationally on wellness issues related to law enforcement, as well as school safety.
  • Darrin Reilly, President & CEO – Mission Critical Partners
    With over three decades in the public-safety sector, Darrin has been spearheading the development of high-quality and innovative services to serve law enforcement, fire and EMS, and 911 agencies.
  • Nola Joyce, Independent Consultant and Board of Directors at Mission Critical Partners
    Joyce brings nearly 30 years of experience helping public safety agencies achieve higher levels of performance and service. She is the former Deputy Commissioner and Chief Administrative Officer for the Philadelphia Police Department. Throughout her career, she has served in several positions focused on improving the quality of policing.

CAPS is free of charge to anyone who is employed by a public sector organization; vendor personnel also are invited to attend for a $400 fee.
